To that end, EXIT Realty has an extensive Resource Center that offers on-demand training modules. This center includes a comprehensive tracking system, “My Reports,” that allows associates to monitor their own production and that of the people they’ve sponsored.
Offices
Our offices also benefit from numerous tools and resources to assist with brokerage administration. Our Resource Center provides 24/7 access to training modules, and our proprietary production software, MEMO, includes webinar training with support representatives. Once administration training is complete, EXIT Realty offers unlimited ongoing support. Our Resource Center also contains many customizable documents, such as an Administration e-Manual, job descriptions, helpful forms, and more, to facilitate the effective and efficient running of a brokerage.
